New Townhomes coming to Swansboro, Hubert NC
September 25, 2008 – 11:58 amWard Shore Builders is currently Three weeks from starting constuction on phase 1 of Raymonds Landing at Bear creek. The units are appoximately .5 miles from the 172 back gate on the Swansboro NC side. The units are 1016 Square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Each unit will have nice wooden back decks and attached storage. The first phase should be available by January 2009.
Future phases will soon follow with a build out of 156 units. Raymonds landing at bear creek will be marketed toward starter families with costs in the $113,000 range. The layout is sprawled out among 60 acres which leaves much room for country living with the close proximity to base. The project is located in Onslow County NC and only county taxes apply.
